Terms & Conditions
By using services provided by GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review the following terms carefully beforehand.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED will refund unused shipping and packaging credit at any time. Refunds will be provided within 48 hours of the request.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED cannot provide refunds for used shipping and packaging charges unless we failed to provide the service on time and as agreed. We always provide tracking numbers to you as proof of shipment.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged during shipping. We always do our best to ensure your goods are properly packaged and delivered, however there is always a risk that packages will not arrive after being shipped and this is completely outside of our control.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED cannot accept any items without first having received shipping documentation, as well as your signed waiver document and proof of identity. We accept no liability for items we refuse to accept or for any storage and handling charges carriers may impose on you as a result. If you attempt to send items to us without providing all the required documentation in advance, we reserve the right to terminate your account with us.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED will not accept liability for slow or delayed delivery which occurs after we have dispatched the order. Postal delivery times we quote to our clients are based on past experiences and estimates provided by Hong Kong Post, and are always subject to delays and external factors beyond our control.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED reserves the right to refuse to handle or ship items it deems to be of high value. GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED reserves the right to value items at its own discretion.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED is required by law to correctly declare the contents of all parcels dispatched on official customs declaration documents.
- GINKGO (HONG KONG) LIMITED is required by law to verify our customers’ identities and cannot accept shipments on your behalf until your identity has been verified. You must provide copy of a government issued ID (such as passport or drivers license) along with proof of address. We reserve the right to independently verify your identity if we choose.
Refunds
If you request a refund from us and we have remaining items belonging to you in our possession, we will duly return the unshipped items. We will email you the necessary return forms, which need to be signed and returned to us by fax in order for us to process the return of items. If you are unsure of how to proceed after cancelling your account with us, we will store your items for 28 days at no charge to allow you to make the necessary arrangements. We offer the following methods of returning items:
- Pick up - Items can be picked up in person by either you or an agent on your behalf after providing advanced notice. Either a valid HKID or Passport as proof of identity must be provided during pick up, which we will photocopy for our records. If you wish to use an agent on your behalf, you must inform us in advance and complete a consent form.
- Prepaid Carrier - Provide us with your Fedex, DHL or UPS account number and we will arrange the dispatch and prepare all paperwork at no charge.
- By mail - Mail costs are calculated at our standard rate and dispatched upon us receiving payment and all necessary documentation.
